After 3 days packed with exams, we finally got to go on trips for the rest of the week. One of these trips was to the Science Museum in London. We started our day by getting on the coach and starting our journey into London. After what felt like hours, we arrived at the Science Museum and started our day in the space exhibit. In there, installations ranged from model rockets and realistic model planets to space suits and control panels. This exhibit was one of the most interesting ones for me. But it doesn’t end there, after the space exhibit we got to watch a movie about our planet, in IMAX and 3D. That's right, the ultimate movie experience. After a short break for lunch, we headed to many other exhibits around the museum from models of cars to old hospital machines, this trip was one to remember.

On Thursday 22 May 2025, 180 Year 8 students embarked on a 1 hour coach journey to Sandhurst, in Bracknell Forest, following 3 days of examinations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by incredibly friendly staff, who showed us the way to our lines, where we met the rest of our group and our group leader. During the day, we did 4 activities - dragon boat racing, team building activities, raft building and paddle boarding! Each activity lasted an hour, and included fun games such as who can stay on their board the longest, and who can get the highest score throwing frisbees whilst blindfolded. Overall, this day was really enjoyable, and much appreciated after the exams!
