The Dr Challoner’s Grammar School Sixth Form is a place of academic and personal aspiration, where students and staff work together to achieve exciting and inspiring outcomes. Its co-educational atmosphere fosters teamwork and creativity, enhanced by terrific student leadership opportunities. Our aim is to enhance students’ education up to the age of 16 with an experience that adds wisdom and the chance to develop a personal sense of purpose, integrity and service that can sustain students into adulthood.
Dr Challoner’s Grammar School is a co-educational Sixth Form offering places in accordance with our Admissions Policy. Successful candidates must meet a minimum level of overall success at GCSE. Enquiry about a Sixth Form place for September 2026
If you wish to be considered for a place in the Sixth Form for September 2026, please register your interest via the Google Form here.
This form will be open from 08:00 on Thursday 20 August until 10:00 on Friday 21 August. We will then respond to you with a status on your enquiry by 16:00 on Friday 21 August.
If you already hold a Conditional Offer with us, please use the Results Collection form which was emailed to you on 19 August 2026. Do not use the above form.
Please note that our phones and emails will NOT be monitored during this period, but be assured that we will contact you as soon as we are able to.
Timeline for Sixth Form Admissions 2026
- Tuesday 11 November 2025 - Sixth Form Open Evening - registration opens
- Monday 1 December 2025 at 16:00 - Closing date for submitting an online application
- Notification of offers will be sent by email in April 2026
- Induction Morning - Friday 26 June 2026 (09:00-12:00)
- Thursday 3 September 2026 - Team Building Day
- Friday 4 September 2026 - Term / lessons start
